Min f\u00f6delsedag.<br>47:e \u00e5ret \u00e4r invigt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I \u00e5r firade jag med n\u00e5got jag verkligen uppskattar: tid tillsammans med m\u00e4nniskor jag tycker om, frukost p\u00e5 s\u00e4ngen och ett tempo som inbjuder till samtal. I ett tempo det finns tid att prata <em>och <\/em>lyssna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00f6r ibland handlar ett nytt \u00e5r inte om att s\u00e4tta fler m\u00e5l.<br>Utan om att st\u00e4lla en \u00e4rlig fr\u00e5ga:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Vart \u00e4r jag just nu?<\/strong><br><strong>\u00c4r jag d\u00e4r jag vill vara?<br>Eller \u00e4r jag p\u00e5 v\u00e4g?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Att vara p\u00e5 v\u00e4g \u00e4r ocks\u00e5 ett l\u00e4ge<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Jag har m\u00e4rkt hur l\u00e4tt det \u00e4r att t\u00e4nka att man antingen \u00e4r <em>framf\u00f6r<\/em> eller <em>efter<\/em>. Lyckad eller misslyckad. I m\u00e5l \u2013 eller inte alls d\u00e4r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Men det finns ett tredje l\u00e4ge som ofta gl\u00f6ms bort:<br><strong>att vara p\u00e5 v\u00e4g.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Det \u00e4r d\u00e4r m\u00e5nga av oss faktiskt befinner oss.<br>Med id\u00e9er som kittlar. Visioner som finns d\u00e4r \u2013 men \u00e4nnu inte \u00e4r helt formade. En l\u00e4ngtan efter att bidra mer med det vi har i oss, utan att riktigt veta exakt hur n\u00e4sta steg ska se ut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Just nu \u00e4r jag sj\u00e4lv d\u00e4r. P\u00e5 v\u00e4g. Utforskande. Nyfiken p\u00e5 var jag l\u00e4gger min tid och energi \u2013 och vad som faktiskt ger effekt \u00f6ver tid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Och kanske \u00e4r du d\u00e4r ocks\u00e5.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vanor, rytm och modet att justera l\u00e4ngs v\u00e4gen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Nyligen sl\u00e4ppte jag poddavsnitt <a href=\"https:\/\/migmatit.se\/podcastepisode\/38\/\" data-type=\"podcastepisode\" data-id=\"3209\">nummer 38<\/a>. Det \u00e4r ett delm\u00e5l jag satte f\u00f6rra v\u00e5ren \u2013 52 avsnitt p\u00e5 ett \u00e5r \u2013 och nu \u00e4r jag riktigt n\u00e4ra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Det som varit mest avg\u00f6rande \u00e4r inte disciplin i klassisk mening.<br>Utan att jag lovat och best\u00e4mt att jag ska g\u00f6ra detta, inte bara f\u00f6r mig sj\u00e4lv utan f\u00f6r praktiskt taget hela v\u00e4rlden. <br>Att jag har veckovis check-in kring detta.<br>Likas\u00e5 har jag \u00e4ven aktivt gjort <strong>justeringar<\/strong> l\u00e4ngs v\u00e4gen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00f6r att podden skulle fungera beh\u00f6vde jag se \u00f6ver min veckorytm. Hur jag jobbade. N\u00e4r jag skapade. N\u00e4r jag vilade. Avsnitten sl\u00e4pptes f\u00f6rst p\u00e5 s\u00f6ndagar \u2013 nu p\u00e5 onsdagar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Och det \u00e4r en viktig p\u00e5minnelse:<br>Det g\u00e5r att uppdatera l\u00e4ngs v\u00e4gen.<br>Du misslyckas inte f\u00f6r att du justerar.<br>Du l\u00e4r dig.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ta g\u00e4rna med dig det n\u00e4r du ser p\u00e5 dina egna vanor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Varf\u00f6r vi tappar sugen \u2013 och varf\u00f6r det inte betyder att det \u00e4r fel p\u00e5 dig<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>I januari infaller det som ibland kallas <em>\u201cQuitters Day\u201d<\/em> \u2013 dagen d\u00e5 m\u00e5nga sl\u00e4pper sina ny\u00e5rsl\u00f6ften och \u00e5terg\u00e5r till gamla m\u00f6nster.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ofta tolkar vi det som ett personligt misslyckande.<br>Men det \u00e4r s\u00e4llan viljan som saknas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Att skapa en ny vana tar tid. Mer \u00e4n tv\u00e5 veckor.<br>Forskning pekar p\u00e5 att det kan kr\u00e4vas <strong>60 repetitioner eller mer<\/strong> innan n\u00e5got b\u00f6rjar k\u00e4nnas naturligt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Det \u00e4r allts\u00e5 helt normalt att motivationen g\u00e5r upp och ner.<br>Fr\u00e5gan \u00e4r inte <em>om<\/em> det h\u00e4nder \u2013 utan <strong>vad som f\u00e5ngar dig n\u00e4r det g\u00f6r det<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Accountability partner \u2013 st\u00f6d som g\u00f6r skillnad<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ett av de mest effektiva s\u00e4tten att h\u00e5lla i nya vanor eller nya m\u00e5l \u00e4r att inte g\u00f6ra det ensam. Forskning visar att det \u00e4r 95% h\u00f6gre sannolikhet att du lyckas med dina m\u00e5l om du har en accountability partner som du har regelbundna check-ins med.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En <strong>accountability partner<\/strong> kan vara:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>en v\u00e4n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>en kollega<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>eller n\u00e5gon utanf\u00f6r din vardag som vet vad du vill och f\u00f6ljer upp med omtanke<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Som coach \u00e4r jag just det st\u00f6det f\u00f6r mina klienter. Och det m\u00e4rks hur mycket l\u00e4ttare det blir n\u00e4r beslut kombineras med struktur och relation. De kommer till v\u00e5ra samtal och checkar av \u2013 inte perfekt, men \u00e4rligt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Det \u00e4r riktning och ress\u00e4llskap l\u00e4ngs v\u00e4gen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">S\u00e5 \u2013 vad vill du bygga just nu?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Stanna g\u00e4rna upp en stund h\u00e4r. Vad \u00e4r det som du vill skapa f\u00f6r\u00e4ndring kring? Vad \u00e4r det f\u00f6r m\u00e5ls\u00e4ttningar du definierat?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00c4r det att s\u00e4ga nej till m\u00f6ten utan tydligt syfte, f\u00f6r att v\u00e4rna din tid?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00c4r det att ta hand om kroppen med mer omtanke?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00c4r det att skriva, skapa eller uttrycka n\u00e5got du burit p\u00e5 l\u00e4nge?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Vad \u00e4r <strong>din<\/strong> vana \u2013 den som skulle g\u00f6ra st\u00f6rst skillnad om du faktiskt h\u00f6ll i den \u00f6ver tid?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Och:<br>har du n\u00e5gon som hj\u00e4lper dig att h\u00e5lla i riktningen n\u00e4r motivationen vacklar? Att uppmuntra och hj\u00e4lpa dig att h\u00e5lla ditt fokus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ska vi ta en kaffe kommande veckor?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ibland \u00e4r det inte fler metoder vi beh\u00f6ver.<br>Utan s\u00e4llskap.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Om du inte har n\u00e5gon n\u00e4ra som kan vara ditt st\u00f6d just nu \u2013 kan jag vara det.<br>N\u00e5gon som g\u00e5r bredvid har check-in med dig &#8211; f\u00f6r att h\u00e5lla ett j\u00e4mt tempo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En coachande dialog d\u00e4r du f\u00e5r:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>pepp n\u00e4r det k\u00e4nns segt<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>reflektioner som hj\u00e4lper dig tillbaka till riktning<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>sm\u00e5 \u00f6vningar som g\u00f6r stegen hanterbara<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>st\u00f6d i att bygga confidence, ett steg i taget<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00f6r n\u00e4r du f\u00f6rest\u00e4ller dig den d\u00e4r dagen n\u00e4r du har uppn\u00e5tt det du nu best\u00e4mt dig f\u00f6r, vad \u00e4r skillnaden?
