Genom att filma dem i olika situationer p\u00e5 jobbet och sedan l\u00e5ta dem \u00e5terber\u00e4tta vad de gjort, uppt\u00e4ckte han en <strong>stor skillnad<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udca1 <strong>Vi tror att vi g\u00f6r saker p\u00e5 ett visst s\u00e4tt \u2013 men i sj\u00e4lva verket kan v\u00e5rt beteende skilja sig markant.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Som ledare \u00e4r detta en viktig insikt.
