Minst lika viktigt \u00e4r det inre spelet \u2013 <strong>att st\u00e4rka v\u00e5rt mindset och v\u00e5r inre kapacitet<\/strong>. Det \u00e4r h\u00e4r vi skapar f\u00f6ruts\u00e4ttningar f\u00f6r att agera i linje med v\u00e5ra v\u00e4rderingar och vision, oavsett yttre omst\u00e4ndigheter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>&#8221;Kunskaper &amp; F\u00e4rdigheter&#8221; \u2013 Vad inneb\u00e4r det?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Denna niv\u00e5 besvarar <strong>fr\u00e5gan &#8221;Hur?&#8221;<\/strong> och handlar om: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2705 Att bygga r\u00e4tt kompetens och strategi f\u00f6r att n\u00e5 visionen.<br>\u2705 Att identifiera de f\u00e4rdigheter vi beh\u00f6ver utveckla f\u00f6r att ta n\u00e4sta steg.<br>\u2705 Att f\u00f6rst\u00e5 vad vi redan har som kan st\u00e4rkas och byggas vidare p\u00e5.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00f6r att verkligen utvecklas beh\u00f6ver vi <strong>v\u00e5ga utmana v\u00e5ra gamla m\u00f6nster<\/strong>.
