Vi skakar hand, s\u00e4ger hej, utbyter namn och sedan kommer fr\u00e5gan:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&#8221;Vem \u00e4r du? Ber\u00e4tta!&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hur skulle du svara?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udcac <em>&#8221;Jag \u00e4r ledarskapsutvecklare och kommer fr\u00e5n Sk\u00f6vde.&#8221;<\/em><br>\ud83d\udcac <em>&#8221;Jag \u00e4r mamma till Felicia och Isabelle, gift med Johan.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ofta svarar vi genom att n\u00e4mna en <strong>titel, en roll eller var vi kommer ifr\u00e5n<\/strong>. Det \u00e4r intressanta fakta, men s\u00e4ger det verkligen n\u00e5got om vem vi \u00e4r?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Identitet \u00e4r mer \u00e4n en titel<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>I m\u00e5nga sammanhang identifierar vi oss genom v\u00e5rt <strong>yrke, v\u00e5ra prestationer eller v\u00e5r roll i familjen<\/strong>. Det \u00e4r som om vi har olika filter som p\u00e5verkar hur vi ser oss sj\u00e4lva beroende p\u00e5 situationen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Men <strong>identitet handlar om n\u00e5got djupare<\/strong>.<br>Det \u00e4r <strong>hj\u00e4rtat av den vi \u00e4r<\/strong> \u2013 v\u00e5rt inre DNA som b\u00e4r upp allt vi g\u00f6r och st\u00e5r f\u00f6r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Identitet i f\u00f6retag och organisationer<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>I organisationer \u00e4r det vanligt att fr\u00e5ga efter <strong>USP \u2013 Unique Selling Point<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udca1 <em>&#8221;Vi coachar och utbildar ledare f\u00f6r att skapa mer effekt och mod i sitt ledarskap.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Men \u00e4r det <strong>hela sanningen<\/strong>?<br>Eller \u00e4r det bara en beskrivning av <strong>vad vi g\u00f6r<\/strong>, snarare \u00e4n <strong>vem vi \u00e4r<\/strong>?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I <strong>F\u00f6r\u00e4ndringspyramiden<\/strong>, som vi utforskar i denna bloggserie, ligger <strong>Identitet<\/strong> precis under Vision.<br>Det \u00e4r <strong>den stabila grunden<\/strong> som b\u00e4r upp allt vi vill uppn\u00e5.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Identitet svarar p\u00e5 fr\u00e5gorna:<br>\ud83d\udd0d <em>&#8221;Vem \u00e4r jag?&#8221;<\/em><br>\ud83d\udd0d <em>&#8221;Vilka \u00e4r vi?&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Robert Dilts definierar <strong>Identitet<\/strong> s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><em>&#8221;Identitet \u00e4r k\u00e4nslan av vem en person eller grupp uppfattar sig sj\u00e4lva som, och hur de uppfattas av andra. En individs eller ett f\u00f6retags identitet \u00e4r kopplad till de unika egenskaperna hos dess produkter, tj\u00e4nster eller verksamhet och \u00e4r det som s\u00e4rskiljer en produkt eller ett f\u00f6retag fr\u00e5n dess konkurrenter, det vill s\u00e4ga dess varum\u00e4rke. Identitet organiserar de motsvarande v\u00e4rderingarna, \u00f6vertygelserna, f\u00f6rm\u00e5gorna och beteendena till ett sammanh\u00e4ngande system.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Identitet handlar allts\u00e5 om <strong>det inre fundamentet som skapar riktning och sammanhang<\/strong> \u2013 b\u00e5de f\u00f6r individer och organisationer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Identitet \u00e4r mer \u00e4n prestation<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00f6r n\u00e5gra \u00e5r sedan drev jag ett stort f\u00f6r\u00e4ndringsprojekt.<br>Det innebar att anst\u00e4llda skulle f\u00e5 <strong>nya arbetsgivare, roller och arbetss\u00e4tt<\/strong>.<br>Projektet var komplext, utmanande och kr\u00e4vde mycket av mig som ledare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2705 Projektet gick i m\u00e5l.<br>\u274c Men jag? Jag segnade ihop av utmattning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00e4r projektet var klart, fanns <strong>ingen energi kvar<\/strong>. Jag hade <strong>identifierat mig helt med mitt arbete<\/strong> \u2013 men n\u00e4r tempot minskade, fanns det ingen gl\u00e4dje kvar. S\u00e4ttet jag arbetat p\u00e5 hade inte tagit nytta av mina unikheter f\u00f6r det fanns inte f\u00f6ruts\u00e4ttningar f\u00f6r det.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Min reflektion i efterhand \u00e4r att jag hade blandat ihop <strong>min prestation med min identitet<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jag hade varit s\u00e5 upptagen med att <strong>g\u00f6ra<\/strong>, att jag tappat bort <strong>vem jag var<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Det jag g\u00f6r definierar mig inte \u2013 jag har ett v\u00e4rde oavsett prestation.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Inom ett f\u00f6retag och organisation \u00e4r resultaten viktiga \u2013 inget konstigt i sig. D\u00e4remot g\u00e4ller det att skilja p\u00e5 prestation och person. En person som presterar bra har kanske r\u00e4tt f\u00f6ruts\u00e4ttningar att <\/strong><strong>g\u00f6ra det och en annan som inte alls presterar och visar r\u00e4tt typ av resultat kanske ej har r\u00e4tt f\u00f6ruts\u00e4ttningar.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Identitet \u00e4r hj\u00e4rtat som ger puls i din prestation<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Jag ser <strong>Identitet som hj\u00e4rtat<\/strong> \u2013 det <strong>inre centrum<\/strong> d\u00e4r allt utg\u00e5r ifr\u00e5n.<br>Om vi skalar bort <strong>allt vi g\u00f6r, alla roller vi har<\/strong> \u2013 vad \u00e4r d\u00e5 kvar?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Vad \u00e4r det som verkligen g\u00f6r dig till dig?<\/strong><br><strong>Vad \u00e4r det som din organisation verkligen st\u00e5r f\u00f6r?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ett av de b\u00e4sta s\u00e4tten att utforska sin identitet \u00e4r att <strong>separera &#8221;vem jag \u00e4r&#8221; fr\u00e5n &#8221;vad jag g\u00f6r&#8221;<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udca1 <em>Jag \u00e4r glad<\/em> \u2192 Det visar sig i mitt leende.<br>\ud83d\udca1 <em>Jag \u00e4r pedagogisk<\/em> \u2192 Det visar sig i att jag delar kunskap och st\u00f6ttar andra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00e4r vi <strong>vilar i v\u00e5r identitet<\/strong>, blir v\u00e5r prestation <strong>l\u00e4ttare och mer lekfull<\/strong>.<br>Vi k\u00e4nner oss <strong>tryggare och friare i det vi g\u00f6r<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Reflektionsfr\u00e5gor f\u00f6r att hitta din identitet<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ta en stund f\u00f6r dig sj\u00e4lv och fundera \u00f6ver dessa fr\u00e5gor.<br>Skriv g\u00e4rna ner dina svar:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83c\udf1f <strong>Vad klappar ditt hj\u00e4rta f\u00f6r?<\/strong><br>\ud83c\udf1f <strong>Om du lever dina dr\u00f6mmar fullt ut \u2013 vad syns genom dig?<\/strong><br>\ud83c\udf1f <strong>Vad ger dig energi och passion?<\/strong><br>\ud83c\udf1f <strong>Hur beskriver du din personlighet?<\/strong><br>\ud83c\udf1f <strong>Om du tar bort alla roller och prestationer \u2013 vem \u00e4r du d\u00e5?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>S\u00e5 n\u00e4sta g\u00e5ng n\u00e5gon fr\u00e5gar: &#8221;Vem \u00e4r du?&#8221;&#8230;<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2026 vad svarar du d\u00e5?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jag \u00f6var mig p\u00e5 att <strong>beskriva min identitet tydligare<\/strong> \u2013 det \u00e4r ett p\u00e5g\u00e5ende livsprojekt.<br>Just nu l\u00e5ter det s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udca1 <em>&#8221;Jag \u00e4r nyfiken, har f\u00f6rm\u00e5ga att anv\u00e4nda m\u00e5lande spr\u00e5k i det jag vill f\u00f6rmedla och jag \u00e4r i grunden gl\u00e4djefylld.
