Jag vet exakt vad som \u00e4r p\u00e5 v\u00e4g att h\u00e4nda. Inget svar. Tystnaden ekar. Och precis innan den blir outh\u00e4rdlig h\u00f6r jag mig sj\u00e4lv s\u00e4ga:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cJag kan ta det.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kanske k\u00e4nner du igen scenariot? Det d\u00e4r \u00f6gonblicket n\u00e4r du \u2013 \u00e4nnu en g\u00e5ng \u2013 kliver in. F\u00f6r att ingen annan g\u00f6r det. F\u00f6r att du \u00e4r ansvarstagande. P\u00e5litlig. L\u00f6sningsfokuserad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Men h\u00e4r \u00e4r det jag har f\u00e5tt inse: att <em>ta ansvar<\/em> \u00e4r inte detsamma som att <em>g\u00f6ra allt sj\u00e4lv<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">N\u00e4r ansvar blir ensamhet<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Jag har tagit mycket ansvar genom \u00e5ren \u2013 som ledare, kollega, f\u00f6r\u00e4lder, v\u00e4n. Och det har hj\u00e4lpt mig att v\u00e4xa. Jag har l\u00e4rt mig, presterat, levererat. Men det har ocks\u00e5 lett till en f\u00e4lla: tron att om n\u00e5got ska bli gjort, s\u00e5 m\u00e5ste jag g\u00f6ra det.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Det h\u00f6ll. Tills det inte gjorde det l\u00e4ngre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I poddavsnitt 4 delar jag en historia om den dagen kroppen sa stopp.  Ett tydligt kvitto: jag hade tagit ansvar f\u00f6r mycket \u2013 utom mig sj\u00e4lv.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vad inneb\u00e4r \u00e4gandeskap \u2013 p\u00e5 riktigt?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c4gandeskap \u00e4r inte samma sak som att kontrollera allt.<br>Det handlar om att:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2728 Vara \u00e4rlig med vad som \u00e4r ditt \u2013 och vad som inte \u00e4r det<br>\u2728 Ta ansvar f\u00f6r din energi, din kommunikation, dina val<br>\u2728 Och \u2013 kanske mest utmanande \u2013 ge andra chansen att ta sitt ansvar<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I mitt arbete som coach m\u00f6ter jag ofta ledare som, liksom jag, \u00e4r vana att b\u00e4ra mycket. Men ocks\u00e5 team d\u00e4r det inte \u00e4r n\u00e5gon brist p\u00e5 engagemang \u2013 bara p\u00e5 f\u00f6rtroende att f\u00e5 f\u00f6rs\u00f6ka. Eller att det ska vara en till\u00e5tande milj\u00f6 att v\u00e5ga testa &#8211; oavsett hur resultatet blir att v\u00e5ga testa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00e4r vi slutar b\u00e4ra allt sj\u00e4lva och i st\u00e4llet <strong>skapar utrymme f\u00f6r andra att kliva fram<\/strong>, h\u00e4nder n\u00e5got magiskt:<br>Team v\u00e4xer. Mod v\u00e4xer. \u00c4gandeskap f\u00f6rflyttas \u2013 fr\u00e5n en person till m\u00e5nga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Exempel: Fr\u00e5n frustration till f\u00f6r\u00e4ndring<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En klient, vi kan kalla henne Sarah, beskrev sin frustration med en chef som aldrig lyssnade. Hon k\u00e4nde sig osedd, \u00f6verk\u00f6rd, tr\u00f6tt. Men n\u00e4r vi v\u00e4nde perspektivet och jag fr\u00e5gade:<br>\ud83d\udc49 \u201cVad kan du ta \u00e4gandeskap f\u00f6r?\u201d<br>blev det en v\u00e4ndpunkt. Hon s\u00e5g att hon faktiskt hade m\u00f6jlighet att p\u00e5verka. Inte allt \u2013 men n\u00e5got. Det f\u00f6r\u00e4ndrade hela samtalet med hennes chef. Och hela hennes k\u00e4nsla av att ta \u00e4gandeskap.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00f6r det \u00e4r just det:<br><strong>\u00c4gandeskap handlar om att fokusera p\u00e5 det som \u00e4r inom mitt ansvar.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Att leda andra genom \u00e4gandeskap<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u00e5 \u2013 hur g\u00f6r du som ledare f\u00f6r att odla ett klimat d\u00e4r andra vill och v\u00e5gar ta \u00e4gandeskap?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udca1 <strong>Bjud in till delaktighet.<\/strong> St\u00e4ll fr\u00e5gor som \u201cVad vill du ta ansvar f\u00f6r i detta?\u201d<br>\ud83d\udca1 <strong>S\u00e4tt ramar \u2013 men inte l\u00f6sningar.<\/strong> Det skapar trygghet utan att kv\u00e4va initiativ.<br>\ud83d\udca1 <strong>St\u00f6tta, inte styr.<\/strong> Du kan coacha utan att kontrollera.<br>\ud83d\udca1 <strong>Var f\u00f6rebild.<\/strong> Visa hur du sj\u00e4lv reflekterar och tar ansvar f\u00f6r det som \u00e4r ditt.<br>\ud83d\udca1 <strong>Och ibland: backa.<\/strong> L\u00e5t n\u00e5gon annan f\u00e5 testa \u2013 \u00e4ven om det inte blir exakt som du skulle gjort det. Du kanske kan l\u00e4ra dig n\u00e5got nytt s\u00e4tt ocks\u00e5.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Avslutande reflektion<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Kanske st\u00e5r du just nu inf\u00f6r ett projekt d\u00e4r du redan b\u00e4r f\u00f6r mycket. Eller ett team d\u00e4r du undrar varf\u00f6r ingen kliver fram.
