Ett ord som kan v\u00e4cka b\u00e5de inspiration och obehag. Hur \u00e4r din relation till f\u00f6r\u00e4ndring? \u00c4r du en person som v\u00e4lkomnar den, eller k\u00e4nns det mer som en os\u00e4ker mark d\u00e4r du helst undviker att kliva?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vissa f\u00f6r\u00e4ndringar \u00e4r planerade \u2013 som ett nytt jobb eller att fylla j\u00e4mnt. Andra kommer som en blixt fr\u00e5n klar himmel \u2013 en upps\u00e4gning, en ov\u00e4ntad sjukdom eller en global h\u00e4ndelse som p\u00e5verkar oss alla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Men en sak \u00e4r s\u00e4ker: F\u00f6r\u00e4ndring \u00e4r en del av livet<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Det vi kan p\u00e5verka \u00e4r <strong>hur vi f\u00f6rh\u00e5ller oss<\/strong> till f\u00f6r\u00e4ndringen och hur vi tar oss an den. Det var just detta jag sj\u00e4lv fick insikt om n\u00e4r jag f\u00f6r snart 10 \u00e5r sedan introducerades till <strong>Pyramid of change<\/strong> \u2013 en modell som vuxit i betydelse f\u00f6r mig b\u00e5de i organisationer och i mitt eget sj\u00e4lvledarskap.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vad \u00e4r F\u00f6r\u00e4ndringspyramiden?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00f6r\u00e4ndringspyramiden, skapad av Robert Dilts, \u00e4r en modell f\u00f6r att f\u00f6rst\u00e5 och navigera f\u00f6r\u00e4ndring &#8211; vilka aspekter att ha koll p\u00e5. Den bygger p\u00e5 sex faktorer som p\u00e5verkar hur vi agerar och utvecklas \u2013 b\u00e5de som individer och organisationer. Vad driver v\u00e5ra val och handlingar?<br>\u2013 Detta \u00e4r b\u00e5de utifr\u00e5n hur jag vill vara och hur jag v\u00e4ljer att se\/utv\u00e4rdera omgivningen<br>\u2013 Fr\u00e5ga: <em>Varf\u00f6r g\u00f6r vi detta?<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4\ufe0f\u20e3 <strong>Kunskap &amp; F\u00e4rdigheter:<\/strong><br>\u2013 Vilka kompetenser och kunskaper beh\u00f6vs?<br>\u2013 Vilken strategi\/plan \u00e4r det f\u00f6r att uppn\u00e5 visionen. Vad beh\u00f6ver vi vara bra p\u00e5?<br>\u2013 Fr\u00e5ga: <em>Hur kan vi uppn\u00e5 detta?<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5\ufe0f\u20e3 <strong>Beteende:<\/strong><br>\u2013 Vad g\u00f6r vi konkret? Vilka handlingar sker dagligen?<br>\u2013 Fokus p\u00e5 hur vi agerar. Att enbart \u00e4ndra fysiska faktorer (som att renovera kontoret) ger s\u00e4llan l\u00e5ngsiktig f\u00f6r\u00e4ndring \u00e4r om de inte \u00e4r i linje med de h\u00f6gre faktorerna .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Samtidigt kan de h\u00f6gre faktorerna vara mer utmanande att skapa f\u00f6r\u00e4ndring kring. Ta till exempel identitet. Detta \u00e4r n\u00e5got som har byggts upp under en l\u00e5ng tid och d\u00e4rav mer kr\u00e4vande.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Vad \u00e4r roten till problemet?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Bitvis uppm\u00e4rksammar vi ett problem som uppst\u00e5tt. Vi m\u00e4rker att det \u00e4r n\u00e5got som skaver\/inte fungerar. Det \u00e4r lite \u201dskevt\u201d\/\u201dostabilt\u201d i v\u00e5r pyramid. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ett f\u00f6retag upplevde h\u00f6g personaloms\u00e4ttning. De som s\u00e4ger upp sig s\u00e4ger att de inte \u00e4r motiverade att g\u00e5 till jobbet. D\u00e4rf\u00f6r best\u00e4mmer sig ledningen att investera i lokalerna, att skapa ett nytt lunchrum och samlings ytor. Det gav en tillf\u00e4llig f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttring, men snart \u00e5terkom problemen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Det visade sig att <strong>grundproblemet l\u00e5g p\u00e5 en annan niv\u00e5.<\/strong> Vid intervju av medarbetare som sagt upp sig s\u00e5 uttryckte de att f\u00f6retagets v\u00e4rderingar om &#8221;Ansvarstagande&#8221; och &#8221;Lyh\u00f6rd&#8221; inte efterlevdes. Ledningen pratade om vikten att ta ansvar, f\u00f6ljde inte sj\u00e4lva de policys som fanns p\u00e5 plats &#8211; de agerade d\u00e4rmed inte ansvarstagande. N\u00e4r medarbetare gett f\u00f6rslag p\u00e5 f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttringar hade de upplevt att deras chef inte hade lyssnat p\u00e5 f\u00f6rslaget.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00e4r ledningen ist\u00e4llet b\u00f6rjade arbeta aktivt med v\u00e4rderingarna, skapa dialog och utveckla sina ledarskapsf\u00e4rdigheter \u2013 <em>d\u00e5<\/em> b\u00f6rjade f\u00f6r\u00e4ndringen verkligen ske.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e4rf\u00f6r \u00e4r det bra att ta en objektiv titt p\u00e5 problemet och se \u00e4r detta roten till problemet eller \u00e4r det ett symptom p\u00e5 n\u00e5got annat?
