They get stuck in a \"default colour\" \u2013 or tone down their true colours for fear of standing out or not fitting in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It\u2019s time to unlock the full palette.<br>In this post, I\u2019ll introduce you to a new way of seeing leadership \u2013 <strong>The Leadership Palette<\/strong> \u2013 that helps you lead with more courage, humanity, and impact.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83c\udfa8 What is the Leadership Palette?<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>The Leadership Palette is my way of describing the unique spectrum of colours each leader carries within.<br>It\u2019s not about putting people in boxes \u2013 it\u2019s about offering tools to paint your own leadership style: <strong>with colour, courage, and authenticity.<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Your palette is a combination of:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Your natural strengths and qualities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The tools and methods you\u2019ve developed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your knowledge, experience, and adaptability<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>And \u2013 most importantly \u2013 your willingness to use those colours consciously and courageously<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>I Ledarpaletten finns f\u00e4rger som representerar olika kvaliteter:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Vision and direction<\/strong> (yellow\/orange)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Empathy and coaching<\/strong> (red)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Movement and solution focus<\/strong> (green)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Stability and calm in change<\/strong> (blue)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Courage, curiosity, and inspiration<\/strong> (pink)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>But you are not a fixed colour.<br>You carry many colours \u2013 and you can choose, amplify, combine, and evolve them depending on the situation and need.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Each person have a unique leadership palette: a dynamic combination of colours, tools, experience and skills.<br>Leadership isn\u2019t static \u2013 it evolves, deepens, and grows more nuanced over time.<br>The focus is on <strong>self-leadership, courage, empathy, and visionary responsibility<\/strong> \u2013 not just \"understanding\" leadership, but <strong>actively shaping it.<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u2728 The Foundations Behind the Leadership Palette \u2013 from NLP to Colourful Leadership<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>I\u2019m a certified NLP coach (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), and many of its core principles are woven into the philosophy of the Leadership Palette. These are a few of them:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>The map is not the territory<\/strong> \u2013 we each interpret the world through our own internal maps.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>You already have all the resources you need<\/strong> \u2013 in the right context, with the right tools, you can access and strengthen your abilities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>The meaning of your communication is the response you get<\/strong> \u2013 leadership isn\u2019t just about what you say, but how it lands.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>There are no failures \u2013 only feedback<\/strong> \u2013 every experience is a chance to learn and grow.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>There is a positive intention behind every behaviour<\/strong> \u2013 with the right perspective, even difficult behaviours can be understood and changed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Mind, body, and emotion are all connected<\/strong> \u2013 your leadership is shaped by all parts of you, and can grow on every level.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The Leadership Palette puts these principles into practice \u2013 a living, vibrant, and human approach to growing as a leader.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u2728 Why the Leadership Palette Makes a Difference<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>When you begin using your leadership palette intentionally, something shifts:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You lead with more clarity and authenticity.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You can adapt to your team\u2019s needs without losing your core.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You lead with both heart and head \u2013 with empathy, courage, and direction.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You create a space where others also dare to show their colours \u2013 building stronger, more vibrant teams.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>In a complex world where simple answers no longer work \u2013 it\u2019s only by painting with your full palette that real change becomes possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83c\udfa8 Start from Your Strengths and Become More Colourful<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>When you begin using your leadership palette intentionally, something shifts.<br>You lead with more clarity.
