Dessa sanningar formar v\u00e5ra strategier i vardagen och styr v\u00e5rt beteende, ibland utan att vi ens \u00e4r medvetna om det. Men vad h\u00e4nder n\u00e4r dessa sanningar inte l\u00e4ngre fungerar eller h\u00e5ller oss tillbaka?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">N\u00e4r En Sanning Inte L\u00e4ngre R\u00e4cker<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Jag brukade tro att eftersom jag \u00e4r en &#8221;morgonpigg person&#8221;, var det enda r\u00e4tta att tr\u00e4na p\u00e5 morgonen. Och det fungerade \u2013 tills jag b\u00f6rjade ett jobb d\u00e4r jag beh\u00f6vde ta t\u00e5get kl. 06. Till r\u00e5ga p\u00e5 allt hade jag \u00e4ven programmerat in antagandet att jag inte fixar att tr\u00e4na p\u00e5 kv\u00e4llen f\u00f6r att d\u00e5 \u00e4r jag ju redan s\u00e5 tr\u00f6tt, och framf\u00f6rallt vill jag ju inte bli pigg igen efter tr\u00e4ningen. Jag vill ju f\u00e5 en god natts s\u00f6mn. S\u00e5 d\u00e4rmed fick tr\u00e4ningen fick stryka p\u00e5 foten. Just d\u00e5 t\u00e4nkte jag inte s\u00e5 h\u00e4r men i efterhand s\u00e5 har jag insett att min \u00f6vertygelse faktiskt var ett hinder. Nu flera \u00e5r senare har jag kommit ig\u00e5ng med tr\u00e4ning igen, och nu har jag haft prioriteringen att jag ska h\u00e5lla i tr\u00e4ningen &#8211; oavsett vilken tid p\u00e5 dagen det \u00e4r. Det har medf\u00f6rt att jag hamnat p\u00e5 gymmet p\u00e5 eftermiddag och kv\u00e4ll i h\u00f6gre utstr\u00e4ckning. H\u00e4romkv\u00e4llen gjorde jag reflektionen att min gamla &#8221;sanning&#8221; fick nu revideras rej\u00e4lt. Det har visat sig vara riktigt g\u00f6tt att tr\u00e4na p\u00e5 kv\u00e4llen! Kv\u00e4llstr\u00e4ning blir ett s\u00e4tt att rensa huvudet, skapa ett lugn inf\u00f6r kv\u00e4llen och d\u00e4rmed \u00e4r min s\u00f6mn positivt p\u00e5verkad. Likas\u00e5 \u00e4r jag mer &#8221;uppv\u00e4rmd&#8221; och kan ta i mer f\u00f6r jag k\u00e4nner att jag har mer ork. S\u00e5 fram\u00e5t \u00e4r det att jag \u00e4r en morgonpigg person som tr\u00e4nar n\u00e4r det passar mitt schema b\u00e4st p\u00e5 dagen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u00e5 <strong>valda sanningar kan revideras.<\/strong> Vi kan ifr\u00e5gas\u00e4tta dem, testa nya s\u00e4tt och uppt\u00e4cka b\u00e4ttre l\u00f6sningar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Verktyget &#8221;Glassbumerangen&#8221;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Hur kan du som ledare eller chef hj\u00e4lpa andra att utmana sina valda sanningar? Ett enkelt men kraftfullt verktyg \u00e4r &#8221;glassbumerangen&#8221;, inspirerat av coachen Kjell Enhager.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Det fungerar s\u00e5 h\u00e4r: Om n\u00e5gon s\u00e4ger &#8221;jag kan inte g\u00f6ra det d\u00e4r&#8221;, bekr\u00e4fta deras st\u00e5ndpunkt, men \u00f6ppna f\u00f6r ett nytt perspektiv: &#8221;Jag vet att vi inte kan f\u00e5 n\u00e5gon glass nu men om vi skulle det vilken skulle du v\u00e4lja?&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>&#8221;Jag vet att vi alltid har gjort s\u00e5 h\u00e4r f\u00f6r att n\u00e5 dessa resultat. Men t\u00e4nk om vi kunde n\u00e5 samma m\u00e5l p\u00e5 ett enklare s\u00e4tt? Hur skulle vi g\u00f6ra d\u00e5?&#8221;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&#8221;Jag vet att du inte ser dig sj\u00e4lv som en s\u00e4ljare, men om du skulle vara det hur kan du anv\u00e4nda dina erfarenheter som kravst\u00e4llare i de dialogerna? &#8221;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Skapa Nyfikenhet och Utforska M\u00f6jligheter<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Att f\u00f6r\u00e4ndra en vald sanning kr\u00e4ver mod och nyfikenhet. Genom att st\u00e4lla fr\u00e5gor och utforska &#8221;t\u00e4nk om&#8221;-scenarier kan vi skapa utrymme f\u00f6r nya m\u00f6jligheter. Valda sanningar som tidigare hj\u00e4lpt oss kan ha blivit f\u00f6r\u00e5ldrade. S\u00e5 hur kan vi hj\u00e4lpa varandra att identifiera och omformulera dem?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tips kan vara att vara nyfiken p\u00e5 hur du talar till dig sj\u00e4lv. Att be andra att lyssna p\u00e5 dig utifr\u00e5n vad som kan vara &#8221;valda sanningar&#8221;. Som coach lyssnar jag ofta efter det hos mina klienter f\u00f6r att dels skapa medvetenhet och \u00e4ven nyfikenhet kring vad ska anv\u00e4ndas fram\u00e5t.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Reflektionsfr\u00e5gor f\u00f6r att utmana valda sanningar:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Vilka valda sanningar h\u00e5ller dig tillbaka i ditt arbete eller liv?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Om du reviderar dessa f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 \u00e4n mer effekt i det du g\u00f6r vad skulle du d\u00e5 \u00e4ndra?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vilken liten test kan du g\u00f6ra redan idag f\u00f6r att testa den potentiella nya &#8221;valda sanningen&#8221;?<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udcac <strong>Hur arbetar du med att utmana valda sanningar i ditt ledarskap?
