En resa till f\u00f6r\u00e4ndring och nya resultat"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Nu n\u00e4r h\u00f6sten \u00e4r h\u00e4r och vi \u00e5terv\u00e4nder fr\u00e5n semester och ledighet, \u00e4r det m\u00e5nga som s\u00e4tter upp nya m\u00e5l (eller p\u00e5minns om de gamla) och b\u00f6rjar skapa planer f\u00f6r de kommande m\u00e5naderna. Precis som vid ny\u00e5r \u00e4r ambitionerna ofta h\u00f6ga \u2013 \u201cNu \u00e4r det dags! Nu ska jag b\u00f6rja leva h\u00e4lsosammare och g\u00f6ra de d\u00e4r sakerna jag alltid dr\u00f6mt om men tappat bort l\u00e4ngs v\u00e4gen.\u201d Detta m\u00e4rks inte minst p\u00e5 gymmen som fylls av tr\u00e4ningssugna motion\u00e4rer \u2013 och jag \u00e4r en av dem. \ud83d\udcaa<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jag har beslutat att g\u00f6ra en aktiv f\u00f6r\u00e4ndring i mitt liv. N\u00e4r jag b\u00f6rjade tr\u00e4na igen, k\u00e4nde jag snabbt av det. Muskler som legat vilande i m\u00e5nader (eller \u00e4rligt talat, \u00e5r \ud83d\ude05) protesterade rej\u00e4lt med tr\u00e4ningsv\u00e4rk. Men ist\u00e4llet f\u00f6r att se det som n\u00e5got negativt, uppskattar jag den k\u00e4nslan. Tr\u00e4ningsv\u00e4rken \u00e4r ett tecken p\u00e5 att jag g\u00f6r n\u00e5got annorlunda, n\u00e5got nytt, och att jag \u00e4r p\u00e5 v\u00e4g mot en mer h\u00e5llbar livsstil. \ud83c\udf31<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Det h\u00e4r g\u00e4ller inte bara fysisk tr\u00e4ning \u2013 det g\u00e4ller alla delar av livet. Just nu bygger jag ett nytt f\u00f6retag, en helt ny verksamhet med tj\u00e4nster och utbildningar som jag aldrig tidigare har gjort. Precis som med fysisk tr\u00e4ning, f\u00e5r jag tr\u00e4ningsv\u00e4rk i mina &#8221;mentala muskler&#8221; n\u00e4r jag jobbar med nya uppgifter som bokf\u00f6ring, marknadsf\u00f6ring och konsultation. Vissa omr\u00e5den \u00e4r mer v\u00e4ltr\u00e4nade \u00e4n andra, men de omr\u00e5den som \u00e4r nya tar mer tid och energi. Och ja, det leder till en viss form av tr\u00e4ningsv\u00e4rk. Men \u00e4ven om den ibland blandas med frustration, p\u00e5minner jag mig sj\u00e4lv om att det \u00e4r just tr\u00e4ningsv\u00e4rk! Det inneb\u00e4r att jag l\u00e4r mig nya saker och utmanar mig sj\u00e4lv f\u00f6r att n\u00e5 nya resultat. \ud83c\udf1f<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Albert Einstein sa en g\u00e5ng: <strong>\u201cDefinitionen av galenskap \u00e4r att g\u00f6ra samma sak igen och igen och f\u00f6rv\u00e4nta sig andra resultat.\u201d<\/strong> Och det \u00e4r precis vad tr\u00e4ningsv\u00e4rken p\u00e5minner mig om \u2013 jag g\u00f6r n\u00e5got nytt f\u00f6r att uppn\u00e5 nya resultat. Om vi forts\u00e4tter att g\u00e5 samma v\u00e4g, utan att v\u00e5ga f\u00f6r\u00e4ndras eller utmana oss sj\u00e4lva, kan vi inte f\u00f6rv\u00e4nta oss att n\u00e5got magiskt ska ske.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u00e5, hur ser du p\u00e5 din egen &#8221;tr\u00e4ningsv\u00e4rk&#8221;? N\u00e4r k\u00e4nde du den senast p\u00e5 jobbet eller i livet? V\u00e4lkomnar du den som ett tecken p\u00e5 framsteg, eller blir den ett hinder?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jag utmanar dig att v\u00e5ga testa n\u00e5got nytt, tr\u00e4na de d\u00e4r &#8221;musklerna&#8221; som kanske legat vilande. V\u00e5ga kliva ut ur din komfortzon, \u00e4ven om det k\u00e4nns ovant i b\u00f6rjan. Den tr\u00e4ningsv\u00e4rken kommer att leda dig till nya resultat och framg\u00e5ngar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vad skulle h\u00e4nda om du v\u00e5gade testa n\u00e5got annorlunda idag?
