After the previous episode on Ownership, where we explored what we may be carrying that is not actually ours to carry, this episode takes the next step. When you begin to notice what is truly yours to carry, you may also need to notice what supports you in carrying it with more clarity, steadiness and care.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hanna reflects on how leadership is not only shaped by your knowledge, experience, plans or decisions. It is also shaped by the state you lead from.\n\nWhen you are rushed, tired or overwhelmed, you may listen differently, respond differently and make decisions from pressure rather than perspective. But when you return to a steadier place, you often have more access to patience, courage, empathy and clarity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
