Joy is not always shallow. Sometimes joy appears after courage, perseverance or meaningful effort. Sometimes it shows us where energy, curiosity, alignment and colour have already been present. It may not be the whole answer, but it can be an important clue in self-leadership.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In this episode, Hanna invites you to look back through your journal, calendar or camera roll and notice the moments that make you pause. What gave you energy? What felt meaningful? What brought colour into your life and leadership? And what might you want more of in your next season?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
