The episode begins with a comment Hanna has heard several times lately: \u201cYou are so brave for doing what you long to do. I could never do that.\u201d<\/em>
Behind those words, there is often encouragement \u2014 but also longing. And sometimes comparison.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Connected to Truth<\/strong> in the CONFIDENT Framework, this episode is an invitation to stop comparing your beginning with someone else\u2019s five-year journey, and instead take one small, honest step that is true for you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Courage does not always begin with a big decision.
Sometimes it begins with one millimetre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A prayer.
A conversation.
A boundary you begin to put into words.
A dream you stop being ashamed of.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

One millimetre of courage is still courage.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
