It’s Easter week. Maybe you have a few days off ahead – maybe not. Either way, I want to send you a little Easter gift. It doesn’t contain chocolate eggs or marzipan chicks – but something else that gives long-lasting energy:

Because you know what? What you give, you often receive many times over. And sometimes, it's you who needs a dose of appreciation the most.

Take a moment for yourself and reflect on these three things:

What’s making you smile right now? What’s filling you with energy? It could be something that’s already happened – or something you’re looking forward to.
3️⃣ Who will I give a “fortune cookie” to today? And what does it say…
An encouragement, a gentle reminder, a bit of wisdom, or something that makes someone else feel seen.
Write it down and send it – in a text, a DM, or in a conversation.

Write it down for yourself and place the words where you can see them. Remind yourself of them when you need it.
